Result- Oxford Mixed vs Maidenhead vs Farnborough 26.11.2006

Team:
Mathais (Captain), Anisha, Bev, Frederica, Matt, Tigger & Phantom Player!
First a BIG thank you and well done to Anisha, Frederica & our Phantom for their debuts and great performances!

Vs Maidenhead
The weather was terrible and poor Anisha was stuck on a static M25 for the first 1.5 sets!!! Unfortunately the ‘Phantom Player’ caused confusion and gaps; Maidenhead proved their strength winning both games comfortably.

Vs Farnborough
Oxford came out with 6 players and on fire. We won the first set comfortably, dipped in the second with some basic serving and positioning errors. The last set we were marginally behind but then found our rhythm and romped through to a satisfying win.
