Oxford Volleyball Club offers a social atmosphere for recreational and competitive volleyball.
Our trainings
- Social training -
Thursdays 8pm to 10pm at Headington School Oxford, Headington
Our Thursday trainings are open to everyone regardless of level.
- Ladies' technical training -
Mondays 7pm to 9pm at Oxford High School, Summertown
Our technical trainings are restricted to experienced ladies playing in the Berkshire Volleyball Association league. If you're interested in joining but don't know if the level is right for you, come and have a look at one of our training sessions. Staying for half an hour and having a chat with one of us will give you a good idea of whether you're at the right level.
- Men's technical training -
Wednesdays 8.30pm to 10.30pm at St Gregory the Great
Our technical trainings are restricted to experienced men playing in the Berkshire Volleyball Association league.

What we offer
- Social - We promote a light-hearted and fun environment. We have members of all ages and from all corners of the world. We try to organise as many social events as we can cope with.
- Recreational & Fitness - Volleyball is a fun team sport of relative simplicity and accessible to most people. Playing volleyball at Oxford Volleyball Club is a great way to keep fit and enjoy a great game.
- Competitive - This season, Oxford Volleyball Club is entering two men's, two ladies' and one mixed team into the Berkshire Volleyball Association League. This gives the opportunity for keen members to regularly play volleyball competitively.
- Tournaments - There are various tournaments throughout the volleyball calendar that Oxford Volleyball Club and friends will often attend. The playing and social experience of tournaments are well reported.
